Our Story

Lighting, Elevated to Art.

For more than 22 years, our founder Travis Terry has worked at the highest levels of interior design and architecture, creating extraordinary environments and sourcing exceptional objects for discerning clients. When the pieces we envisioned did not exist, we began creating them. Our philosophy is simple: lighting should be more than functional. Each piece is conceived as a sculptural work of art, designed to command attention, shape atmosphere, and bring permanence and individuality to an interior.

Every lamp is individually designed and crafted from natural, time-honored luxurious materials, including fine saddle leathers, exotic hides, exceptional woods, solid raw brass components, antique fine-cut crystal, antique cloisonné, and natural semi-precious gemstones to name a few. Every material used in our work is selected for its beauty, ability to inspire, character, texture and its story. We draw upon fine-art processes including stained glass construction, welding, sculpture, leatherwork, beadwork, metal patination, and fine hand finishing. Through these techniques, our pieces transcend conventional lighting to become objects with the texture, character, and presence of fine art.Many of our works are created at an impressive scale, or the way they cast light and shadow, or even play with contrast. Every piece tells a story. Often creating a moment in a great space, where decorative lighting can define a room and serve as a dynamic focal point.

Our sculptural lamps are created for exceptional residences, grand spaces, galleries, and exquisite interiors where fine craftsmanship, exceptional materiality, and originality are essential. We believe memorable spaces are built around the dynamic objects that not only give a room its identity, but help tell your own story.
